This is a known problem caused by old Mods which are not compatible with v1.40. In my experience it was one old traffic mod. 1 press of the light button activates daytime running lights. 2 presses of the light button activates low beam / high beam. yes i know, i press L one time from running light (that i use most the time, i have the double ignition option, so when i start truck it's all off) L another time for low beams and K for high beams. my doubt was.
